Honestly, boomers can shit how much they want on newer generations, but sometimes it kinda feels like everything is made to screw over the young people.

My piece of advise would be to listen to our parents/teachers advises with a huge grain of salt. They come from different times and don’t really have an understanding on what’s happening in the world right now. Do your own research.

It’s like all the good advice got monetized and now all that’s left is wage slavery or a creative path to getting your chin above water.

There’s a miss conception that getting a college degree is a MUST to be someone in life, which is entirely false. Most of the boomers who basically force you to get a degree, do not have one and managed to purchase a house which cost was pretty much double of his monthly wage instead of the current 1,000,000%.

Seek professions that are lacking in your country’s society, and don’t fear changing to new areas.

Unfortunately, I learned this after I took on a few thousand in student debt. It took a hell of a lot of work, and it certainly isn’t for everyone, but I’m now a self-taught front-end web dev making a decent salary. The trick is to learn some kind of skill and know it like the back of your hand.

            Yes, never stop learning.

If you after a year feel like you don’t know nothing new and are doing your job the same way, you’re doing it wrong.
