Azerbaijan ethnic cleansed the armenians from karabagh, there wasn’t a genocide.
Genocide is being stripped of all it’s gravitas by this inflationary usage in recent times :(
You are correct about this, as what Azerbaijan did does not meet the UN definition of genocide. But I don’t think that was the point they were making.
