They left the EU because of refugees and immigration only to become economic refugees themselves.
You have to have brown skin to be an economic refugee. Otherwise you’re just an expat making a smart economic move. It’s very different!
But they are British. So they’re allowed to do it.
A couple of the people I served with in the Army moved abroad after years of slagging off forriners. One went to Hungary, but came back pretty sharpish when he developed cancer and needed long term treatment only available on the NHS. Another lives in the Pyrenees and his FB posts are all about local events and in French. What annoys me is that he still spouts off about what a great idea brexit was. He wouldn’t understand irony if it kicked him in the balls.
Yep. That’s brexit!
Think how it feels to be Scottish. We voted overwhelmingly to stay in the EU, and still got dragged out by idiot Little Englanders.
We’d have been better off sticking with the Auld Alliance.
So these immigrants move to France, don’t speak French, inflate the housing prices, isolate in an English bubble, buy and sell only from English people, and when they get some French workers they complain that people in Rome do as Romans do… I wonder why they aren’t able to find anyone to work for them.
