I mix running and cycling 7 days a week, 30-45 min each day. I do strength 4-6 days a week, 15-30 min each day moving between upper body, lower body, core, body weight, etc. The strength schedule dictates what I do for cardio, for example I’ll typically target a run and legs the same day knowing the next 1-2 days I’ll need to bike to recover my legs.
I always do cardio first, no reason why, just started doing it that way and it’s been working for me so I’m not inclined to change it.
The only exception is I’ll try and do a boot camp style workout 1-2x a week for 45-60 minutes which mixes my strength and cardio.
I usually eat lunch in about 10-15 minutes during a meeting so I don’t have a choice to slow down and get sleepy. That kicks in later on the drive home.
Great info! You should post this in the LaTeX community (latex@lemmy.ca seems to be one of the more popular ones).
Drink wise, Dom Pérignon. It was not worth $300 or $400 I paid for a bottle. It was good, just not that good.
Food wise, probably a $90 steak at Chicago Cut. Worth every penny.
Just started migrating to 2FAS from Raivo and Authy. So far so good.
For me I think it’s the niche communities aren’t built up yet. If I’m looking for a conversation about a specific football team or game, etc there isn’t as much content here that I can find on Reddit.
Same. I use my gmail accounts for junk mail and have been moving everything actually relevant to proton through SimpleLogin aliases.
I’m giving T-Mobile a try soon since it’s $50/mo vs the $200/mo I pay for Comcast internet and cable (don’t use cable but it was cheaper as a internet & cable bundle for awhile). If I get similar speeds to what you got with T-Mobile I’ll be happy.
I’ve used Ubuntu, arch, fedora and PopOs and each one supported three monitors out of the box. Weird you have had issues.
On iOS Memmy is a really good app given how new it is. Just found out about Bean which is really impressive for just entering TestFlight.
On my laptop I have Windows 11 installed since that’s what it came with. I’m sure I’ll migrate it to Linux eventually but it’s new.
On my desktop I mostly bounce between Ubuntu and Arch though just installed Pop OS today to see what the craze is all about.
Memmy and Mlem are pretty good. Both in TestFlight, but I believe both are submitted to the App Store and under review.
Welcome to the fediverse!
This creeps me out for some reason.
Just switched to Fedora after bouncing between Ubuntu and Manjaro. Really digging Fedora and kicking myself for waiting so long to try it out.
