I never wanted DM functionality and can’t turn it off.
Got a few empty DMs that are functionally unremovable from notifications so I’ve blocked the notification element, I wouldn’t know if I got a DM any more.

it’s a collectors market now. I downloaded Dune and Dune part 2 and still went out and bought the steel books.
we ran out of IPv4 addresses quite some time ago. the likelihood of being on a carrier grade NAT is pretty high.
and if you’re lucky enough to have access a direct IPv4 address (also a premium feature and priced as such) your ISP can still be blocking certain ports.
