I had no way to justify buying this one. I own a bunch of CRPG that I haven’t finished, as well as jrpg on the backlog.

But I am so very glad for everyone who enjoys BG3. It’s good to see a franchise taken to the next level without getting bastardized. It doesn’t happen a lot.

Third time’s the charm I hope. We had Elder Ring, Tears of the Kingdom and now Baldur’s Gate 3.

Big budget big games from different studios with no bullshit attached to them, selling and being celebrated like the hot cakes they are.

Thank you so much for explaining the reason for the downtimes. I just thought it was some temporary issue caused by unforseen popularity. Knowing it was malicious does make me more understanding of how difficult this must be. I will continue to be patient. I am sadly not good enough with anything other than basic powershell scripts and learning proprietary software configurations… 10 years of software support does that to a guy. I’ll still check if there is anything I can do to help. I do want this project to succeed.

I hate the input delay on cloud gaming. It’s just not something wish to deal with in action games. I used it on my phone to play persona but killer instinct on Streaming is suffering.

If it weren’t for how good the offering is on Gamepass I would just play on Linux.

So like, according to the organizers, if they were born with a penis, it doesn’t matter if they transitioned, they are considered men.

This trans man (a person born with a vagina who transitioned ) is entering the contest, because if trans women are considered men, trans men are considered women.

So this dude is entering a “female” beauty contest to show how dumb the rules are. He is allowed to do so because said dumb rules make him a woman in the eyes of the organization.
